Castillo de Chirel Located in Cortes de Pallás, in the Umbría de Chirel, we find a spectacular hiking route. Hiking up to the Castle of Chirel, we will enjoy the amazing landscape that this place has to offer. Impressive viewpoints and the rich cultural heritage make this path a unique experience. Upon the hill, we eventually find the Castle. It was a very important building and a key place for strategic control of the trade of the Júcar route. Dating back to the 15th century, there are evidence that this fortress was one of the most important in this area. Today, the castle is in severe danger, so that it is undergoing big restorations. Boat Ride Besides this spectacular hiking route, there is another reason why you should come with us on this day: We are going to make a boat ride! 30 Kilometres of discovering the stunning landscape while enjoying our time on the boat. During the 1,5 hour long ride we can take a break from the hike, have some lunch, and get to know each other. It is for sure a very special extra on this marvelous day!
